In the month of November, Hotel One by Pearl Continental opened its doors once again to the immense delight of the residents of Lahore and Sialkot.

Hotel One opened its latest property in Lahore at Mall Road, on November 7, 2008. The opening was covered by a Press Conference followed by an open house which received a very positive response by the public.

Hotel One – Mall Road has 32 modern contemporary style rooms with all modern facilities, along with Namak Mandi - Authentic Pakistani dining, Kafé One - 24 hour restaurant featuring a variety of tea and coffee flavors. Furthermore, Hotel One - Mall Road has a conference hall and 2 boardrooms making it the first purpose build budget hotel chain in Pakistan.

In Sialkot, Hotel One launched its banquet operations with 3 elegant and tasteful halls on November 25, 2008. Hotel One – Sialkot has 42 stylish rooms, along with Namak Mandi, Kafé One, China One – Authentic Chinese restaurant, Cigar Lounge, health club, gym and a swimming pool. Also introducing for the first time in the groups history, a Cineplex by the name of CineOne.

Staying firm to the commitment of opening 20 hotels in 2 years, Hotel One will be opening 5 more hotels in Faisalabad, Davis Road, M.M. Alam Road, Lahore, Multan and Islamabad within the next 6 months.

On June 13, 2008, Hotel One by Pearl-Continental inaugurated a Banquet Hall at Davis Road, with a sumptuous dinner and musical evening, in which over 800 people participated. Performances by Shafqat Ali Khan and Saima Jahan were preceded by a filling dinner. Davis Road is one of the business centers of Lahore and the opening of this Banquet Hall and Hotel, once again shows Hotel Ones commitment to go boldly to the underserved areas of Pakistan.
